Bishop of Ireland, the son of Sechnaa, the psalm singer of St, Patrick. Sechnan was a chief in Meath, Ireland, converted by St. Patrick. Benignus became a disciple of St. Patrick and succeeded him as the chief bishop of Ireland. He converted the Irish in Clare, Kerry, and Connaught. Benignus served as the superior of an abbey at Drumlease, erected by St. Patrick.

Most have a number of fine plastic barbs, so you can ratchet the line closed with thumb and forefinger. But, to release it, you have to twist the two barbed plastic halves away from each other so they disengage. It should only be able to ratchet tighter, but not release even slightly until both halves separate 100% of the way from each other.
Humph, NVM, I just tried to find an image, and all of them I saw are inline valves with an easy to flip toggle type paddle.
Maybe a small fat rubber band like the ones that come on produce placed over the toggle would help you prevent unintentional downloads.
